Finally got my first coral
Been waiting long time
Been running this 29 nano for like 4 months now taking my time
First tank I did years ago crashed because of me rushing
So I just got rid of it
Now I'm older much wiser and deffenilty taking my time with this one
Want to make sure I learn each coral I get before adding another one
Before I finally get my bigger tank

The last I got it is a nice clean place and I did check them for pests anyway got it yesterday put in tank it was all closed up
After lights came on today after a half hr they all opened up .
So ... hope everything goes good

Dip everything before it goes in even if you inspect it . and no matter who you get them from . Truuuust me you don't want to have to get pest out after the fact . I was stupid and didn't dip everything now I am fighting a multi front war with pest . I am winning for sure but something I wish I had not had to do for sure

Diluted peroxide? Ask about that.

Well .
My friend has a tank not doing so good and had a few like I can isolate
Hopefully I can bring them bank to life
If I do least I know I'm heading in right direction

First coral

That's a fast grower. I sprouted 4 new polyps in a month from a 1 polyp frag

First coral is always exciting! You picked a hardy one; I'm sure it will do great. :)

Also just got an acan
So I can practice work on both
Ones I feed and don't
Learn how to frag
And in time move up to more unique ones
