So what is good for bacterial infection again? That fish looks to have been on the wrong end of some aggression. Do you have clowns in the tank?
Hard to tell in that image what is going on, looks like it could Uronema Marinum or other bacterial infection.
You need to start treatment in a QT. An image of the fish in the water will help to nail it down.

Damm haven’t had any issues in four years
Here’s a pic of him in QT I only have Furan right now
I’ll trust him with that for now
they were fine for a long timePoor fish.
Looks like he got a beating and than stressed out succumbed.
Chromis, Damsels and Clowns do not mess around. ;Blackeye
He’s actually fighting but I agree I’ll tryI do agree it looks like a beating and possibly infection. For an infection treatment with kanaplex, metroplex, and furan 2 is in order.
The first two are dosed every other day, furan every day. An acrflavine bath would be a good head start as well.
To be honest though I think this fish is done
Thanks hope he makes it till they arrive added furan already. He does show lifeit does look like he got the poo beat out of him. it also looks infected. The furan2 will help, but you may want to add kanaplex and metroplex to the mix as 4ford mentioned.
