Can anyone tell me what's wrong with him? He wasn't like that 2 days ago. Right now he's very active and eat well.

Looks like an injury which has developed a bacterial infection. Treat in a separate tank with Seachem Neoplex or Kanaplex

anyone can easily setup up a QT quickly. Wal mart is usually open 24 hrs and will carry a 10g tank. there's plenty of hob filters there too , along with a heater and air pump/air stone. thats all that is needed.

Your other fish are not at risk, BUT, sometimes other fish will pick onan injured fish to the point of death.

I don't, if I leave him in the tank there's any risk for my other fish?
I’ve seen this sort of lesion pretty often in this species….it can end being fatal. I would consider treating it with a broad spectrum, gram negative antibiotic in a treatment tank. Neoplex is one med, or you could dose Maracyn 1 and Maracyn 2 together.
