That's an issue we normally see with pay pal. Or if an item sells before you can finish checking out, especially with pay pal as its slower than checking out with a CC.
Is the coral still available on the site or did it sell?

If your CC info does not match your address exactly that can happen or if your credit card address is outside the US the security on the site will not accept your CC, in which case you have to use Pay pal....as long as we are shipping inside the US
