I kinda did the same thing that you have going on. I just did a MP20 on the end of the tank and it worked out really well.

i have a corner overflow on the side against the wall, would place a vortech pump against that wall affect its use since it would constantly be pushing away from it? Also is there any reason my enter key wont start a new line when trying to make a post? Its only happening on this site.

also they don't really make the mp20 anymore unless I find one used on a forum. would a mp10 be enough granted I have a lot of softies or do I really need to make the jump to the mp40, of maybe a tunze 6095/6105.

also can one id any of these zoas (sorry I know the picture is awful)

Do you think upgrading the sump to a forty breeder would have substantial impact? Or anyone have an opinion LNG the best way to improve my tank (not that anything is going bad).

still looking to add a powerhead of some sort. Thinking a tunze 6025,6045, korallia 1400, mp10. Here are some pics. Also thinking about two/four t5 tubes to supplement the leds. Do you think that will be too much light for most of the softies? If I do I will be looking to build a floating canopy of sorts over the tank, anyone build, or seen one before on a peninsula tank mounted to the wall? Anyways here are some pics of the tank.

The monticap is finally showing some growth, the nem hasn't grown too much though in the past six months of having it.

Plate coral, producing buds. Anyone know what to feed the babies or should I just let them do their own thing.

The euphylia and the zoa island looks great!! As for the plate, I would just let them do their thing for the most part. Once in awhile, you can spot feed it some mysis.

any ideas on what upgrade i should go about first?

Add t5 supplements and a floating canopy
upgrade sump to a 40 breeder and add a refugium with cheato (either in sump or use my current 20 l sump for refugium)
Add a powerhead or two either tunze 6025, korallia 750/1050/4 don't think i can swing a vortech at the moment.

Here are some updated pics. Long delay but getting some decent growth. These are some frags on a DIY frag rack, currently in the works of setting up a frag tank.

I've also ordered one of the Jebo pumps in a group buy through my local reef club. Looking forward to some wave action. Also upgraded the sump to a forty breeder with a nice size refugium section that has a softball sized clump of cheato, and am now looking to add a carbon reactor. Pics of filtration later.

My iPhone really hates the LEDs. Hard to get a decent FTS.
