My zoa was sold to me like this. It is held to the frag with a piece of frag.
I pulled the bottom piece partially off and exposed the zoas base could that hurt it badly?

If it's loose from the plug it could fall off. A drop of gel superglue at the bottom of it (underneath) will hold it in place..no worries. A diluted hydrogen peroxide dip will help with that algae on the plug..the algae will annoy it and keep it closed if it annoys it enough
