I've upgraded my tank about a month and a half ago. They were doing great then one day 4 pollops were closed then more the day after. It seems every day more and more close! I've added nothing new and my zoas were dipped when I first got them 2 years ago.

Ca 420
Mg 1260
Nitrate 5
Phos 0.03

Please help me!!

Could be any number of reasons so here are some things to consider, hopefully others can build on this and we can figure it out.

Depending on how you managed the water, did you acclimate the colony to the new tank?

Any signs of pests e.g. Zoa eating Nudibranches?

Any sign of Zoa Pox? (White spots on stems)

Flow too high?

Lights too intense or poor acclimation to new lighting?

You are showing nitrates so perhaps this isn't it, but maybe the tank low in nutrients? Do you feed?

Are the tank parameters stable?

Is there any adjacent algae irritating them?

Do you have any clearer photos under whites light?
