Based on the size tank you're planning to go with, I'm thinking 3/8" panes would be the smallest I'd try due to the pressure/weight of 60-90 gallons of water in each...

    Planning for a nano tank Questions: Skimmer placement, etc.

    bumping this up for some of our #DIYwizards for the lighting questions. On the skimmer, I honestly probably wouldn't use a skimmer on a tank that small. I'd rely more on filter media.

    Did you do a leak test? I would JB weld it as my first step to getting the integrity back to that corner of the tank. How big is the tank? Interested in seeing what a few of the other guys say... #DIYwizards
