Hey it's me again,
After posting my last aquascape here for my first tank attempt and taking in all of your wonderful advice and my own thoughts, I decided I really hated the rocks I had in my tank, so I switched them out and made this. Any opinions and advice appreciated, just some forewords...
I put this in the newbie section since it's probably a stupid newbie question.
I just finished my QT period. Matched salinity and temperature of the QT to my DT, and added my yellow tang directly in. He looked a bit distressed upon entry to the DT and has no gone into hiding in the rocks.

I ordered 80lbs of Two Little Fishies Stax Rocks and I try to find the best way to blue them together. not in one big block but in bunch of few piece to make them stack like lego blocks.

Anyone knows what that thing could be? Is it a coral? It's growing on my rock, good looking but I'd like to know what it is. Its color is a pale pink, peach, white ... hard to tell.

I have live sand in all 3 DTs. I need to provide some "variety" for a few fish and so I've gotten some fine sand that is for SW and made a few piles of it. They like it.

Quick question: I'm about to start a layout and my initial thought was to make sure the rocks never touched the glass, and the back too, for maintenance reasons. Concerning the back glass panel, I also prefer black clean looking glass as opposed to completely coraline-invaded background...
