What are these things all over my rocks?

So I see these small white weird looking things everywhere on my rocks and it doesn’t look like aptaisia or anything to me

Hard to tell because they are so small, I did have hydroids but those are gone and looked different than these to me

If they're feather dusters they'll retract into the tube, i think it would be pretty noticeable even at that size

Look more like hydroids to me .... hard to tell for sure.

If they get too numerous, a couple of peppermint shrimp will decimate them.
