Additional Aquarium Information

What do you think are the keys to your success in reefing?
Patience
Just letting everybody know. I'm going to try to cut down on screen time for Lent. I'll check in on Saturdays but otherwise plan to avoid recreational YouTube videos and other media, including, sadly Reef2Reef. I'll check in for advice if need be though. I'll definitely miss it, but that's what makes a good sacrifice:-) . I'll post some kid pics on Saturdays too (oh yeah, and any work I do on the aquarium). :-)
I should have said I'll definitely miss you folks!

That wasn't a goodbye my friend, it was just a see you later, we will always be here for you and your family and we look forward to seeing your photos of you and your family and also of the tank ;)

the covered bridge is 4' long and the station about 2'x2'. they are real buildings. I think the station was on the Swiss railway, Susch?. but I made the stuff to scale so there are no longer boards than what would have been available back then. found to "age" wood, you mix a bottle of India ink with 90% isopropyl and spray it on wood. when alcohol evaporates you are left with weathered looking wood. I did all this during baby naps as the stay at home dad.
And that's something they'll learn from you. What a fantastic way to utilize that time.

Ok barnicals good or bad in an aquarium? Just noticed one of the snails I have in the pico has several live ones on its shell. I thought they might be dead but then today I seen this...

I see at least one alive, so cool. Just filter feeders.

I read they could take over a tank very rapidly so I removed them from the snails shell. They were neat but I don't want anything that will cause issues in the pico. I have enough issue with the 125.

Oh, they came with a purple pair and green pair. It leaves rings around my forearms though...lol...
I have a feeling they might leave rings on mine as well but it's because I'm a bit too fluffy right now but I'm trying to work on that. Lol

I need that in my belly...
