Absolutely! Grilled is my favorite for sure. Ive cut the steaks up into little nuggets and batter and fry. They're so good with a lemon dill tartar sauce, or spicy remoulade.

I've heard dog is actually quite good. That's one I'm fairly certain I haven't eaten but I know people who have visited Viet Nam and had dog without knowing. He asked what it was and couldn't finish, but he said before he knew it was one of the best dishes he had tasted over there yet.

I figured you would! I havent had a chance to get one yet this year, and im missing it for sure. I've been eating a lot of good catfish lately though.

and now I'm wondering why Kev cooks so well for his dog and knows all the food it eats. definitely not free range!

It seems like it would be really lean and gamey. Of course so does goat, and it's delicious imo

Goat is delicious when it's cooked right! Sheep I didn't care for though.
 
Ultimate Supporter
We keep our freezers in the garage so as to not overheat the house. The door popped open on our stand freezer and with the 100°+ weather we've been having everything thawed out. My wife said the cheese even melted...

Good news is that was yesterday and our garbage pickup was today so nothing had to sit and rot.

Similar situation happened to my in-laws close to 20 years ago. We all went on vacation to Tahoe and my father-in-law turned off the breaker for the downstairs A/C while we were gone. They came home and realized that the freezer was on that same circuit.

He had 2 cow elk in the freezer.

I thought you were going to say your goat walked into a freezer and got stuck and died or something. not that it was goat meat. 🤣
