Saying some extra prayers for you Wes, hope it all goes well. I haven't read the Lord of the Rings again in over thirty years. First time I read it was in the mid 60s, so a while back.

I've read it many times. It's my favorite fictional work and I feel like I tease a little more meaning out each time I read it.

the way i cook it

2 cups corn meal
11/3 cups milk
1/4 cup veg oil
1 egg
spray pan with pam
450 deg
20 min
rub top with real butter when done

Now an hour ish - I get to go home. Don't have to return to work until Wednesday because I'm starting cancer treatments. Seeing PA to go over the regimen of treatment, than have a treatment Monday and Tuesday. They take a long time so I plan on reading. Upside to cancer, being off work and rereading the Lord of the Rings

I do basically the same except I use a cast iron skillet and use lard to grease it.

I've got a flow that seems pretty close to what I want from the one pump and left the other one off. The water has cleared and the fish are more or less back to normal except the Foxface that is royally POed that there is a favia right under his favorite Aqua Rock. I've pretty much fixed the sand and it is kind of staying in place. Once I put the new light up I'll try to place the corals. Overall the tank has recovered nicely.

I have been doing 20 mils weekly for about 7 months, trying to ween off of no pox , down to 2 mil a day. I thought the white film stuff was from the no pox. My biggest dose is magnesium (BRS mix) and its 4 mil a day. my numbers are awesome, want to keep them that way. My skimmer on time is average 4 hrs a day. I can change my nutrients by adding or subtracting skimmer on time. Sticking to 4 gal water changes a week. Yes, I have a touch of OCD when it comes to my tank
