The ones I use had lemon juice in them so you should be good I think.

Yeah. If nothing else, the vinegar residue will lower pH some and potentially lower alk some until the residue is gone.

Front load it with a few cups of baking soda and tap water to soak a day or so. That would neutralize any residues that would affect pH.
