Additional Aquarium Information

What do you think are the keys to your success in reefing?
Patience
Well last year it didn’t snow till i think late January. As long as it’s cold, I’m the only yard with kids sled riding.
does that cause confusion for the neighborhood?

does that cause confusion for the neighborhood?
Only the kids that I say go away to! 😜

I did have a confused neighbor that asked what is all the white stuff in your backyard.?
Snow!
Yeah, no seriously what it is?
Snow, had a blizzard isolated to our back yard.
No really, what is it.?
Snow!
Then explained it.

Are you doing water changes to dilute anything that may be in the water column? I don't think that torch looks bad per say... just upset. Would it be possible to get a close up pic or closer? I'm sure if I'm seeing flesh band or exposed skeleton.

Yes I did do a small water change today and I'll do another when I get back on Friday. The torch doesn't look great from the angle on the last image.

Guys I have put in for a supervisory position at work that came open. Please pray they choose me. It would be about $6000.00 more a year for me. I meet all the qualifications required but there is always the chance that someone more qualified could apply as the position is also open to the public.
You’ve got this Amanda, praying!

What size is your tank Bev? I have a small in-tank one I can send you.
The system is 70 gallons but according to Waterbox, display is 45 and I’d say the sump holds roughly 15 ish?

Lemme know what you want for it :)

That's awesome of you to do that Paul. You never cease to amaze me with your kindness.

It does have some tissue damage. I'd keep it in a low flow area and let it heal.

Soup sounds really good right now. It is COLD outside...
Ya it is coming here to stay tomorrow. My wife makes a killer loaded baked potato soup. Did I mention that there is BACON in there!

Bev, I'm not using it and it would make me feel good to help another member.
If you want, you can send me a small picture that you have painted, but you do not need to.
I will DM you for your address.
It's one of those GreenMachine ones. I used it for a couple weeks when I first set up my 40g to help with the 'ugly' stage. It doesn't push out much water, but that's normal, you want a longer 'contact' time with the UV.

I was impressed by it. I was hesitant at first since it's only like 18w I think. But, it did it's job!
