Additional Aquarium Information

What do you think are the keys to your success in reefing?
Patience
I have heard of that disease but don't really know anything about it. I will research it.
I was diagnosed with it years ago, as was my dad and my sister. My sister actually has it and ends up in the hospital if she eats anything with gluten in it.

I looked it up and I'm pretty sure its not what I have because the symptoms are different.

You can have a few of these as the hang out in the rock , outside the rock , under the sand , and also hang out together . It funny when you see a arm hanging out in side of your hammer . most of the time can see them without looking to far . they keep the base clean around the rocks and go after uneaten food as well . Also I think the green ones will taken small fish . I have red and black , gray ones
That's really cool. Nothing has a better personality than a starfish. Even better that they help cleanup

Is this country fried steak ? With rice ?
Tonight was bacon and seasoned ground pork over rice cooked in chicken broth.
I also have a gluten intolerance, not as bad as celiac but close.
I've had no gluten for almost 2 years.
I'm on a very limited diet.
I live vicariously through John!

Here's to one day, relaxing by the shore brother

Interesting choice. you did it again. This morning I was going to look for some good clarinet jazz but I had to go out and when I got home, bingo there it is.

I love it when a song connects. This made my night. That's such a crazy coincidence!
One more from Pete that I love.

There’s no place like home Bev. That was nice of you to take your mother in law.
She’s a good woman. I don’t drive (severe panic attacks behind the wheel) so was just there for moral support (Hubbs took her :) )
