Never thought Florida would have drought problems. Always though you guys just get random storms in summer too.
From about late March through October it rains almost everyday, for a little while. Then, in early November, it starts to decrease and in about mid-December the rain really cutails. However, we will normally get some rain weekly or bi-weekly. This year has been exceptionally dry and many people have brown grass. The freezing temps did not help, either, with many people losing a lot of plants.
It's kind of the opposite here we haven't had a frost last two years to the point our trees haven't dropped their leaves, no bueno.

It would be great if you could send some it my way. We are in our dought season here, in SW FL, and it's even more dry than usual. We could use the rain badly.
Yep, same on our side of The Gulf

Yup, it's weird when I tell people I'm in Los Angeles , they usually picture a city but I live in a horse town.
That's outstanding man, you've got a nice spot there.
I live on The Gulf Coast, and It’s beautiful. But when I lived in Washington State for a while, I fell in love with mountains and mountain life.

Thank you! Ya the mountains are beautiful as long as we don't hit another drought otherwise I'm staring at a brown fire prone mountain lol. My home insurance renewal this year was $9,500.

The gulf has its own beauty to it for sure.

My older brother lives on Coronado Island, we have been up to LA many times. Took the kids to Disney Land when they were young.

I love the San Diego area, it's so relaxing over there and great sea food.

Their eyes always crack me up 😂

I actually ended up turning down some of the whites because I honestly like more of a blue look lol. Also the diatoms have come in full force so I thought I should pick up a tiger conch since I have never had one before and he has the googly eyes.

Not sure how long I will have to wait for the rocks to be seasoned enough to move the tang over. I plan to feed nori daily but I almost need probably more nutrients to get more algae growth etc.

Oh no! See my title under my name 😂.

You don't have to wait for any algae to be on your rocks for the tang IMO as long as they're eating

Yeah I am going to do one final water test and probably move him over if I can catch him. That may be the biggest hurdle of all since he is very fast, I also don't want to hurt him. Its night time so probably the best time for it.

Going to give it a bit more time actually I may try in the morning when the lights are still off. I have like 0.25ppm Nitrite which I know its not toxic to Marine life but rather it just be zero. My rocks and sand are very orange now though.

Sounds good all that is also edible by the tang 👍
