1 Bulb fixture

So I’m settled in after the move to Okinawa. I go to a second hand store and find this aquarium. It’s around 8 gallons and it came with two lights. One was a led with blue/red/white or a combination of any. The other was a single bulb t5. What would you recommend for the single bulb?

Oh yeah that probably matters lol. I love torches hammers and frogspawn so as long as it grows them I’m happy

ATI Blue plus and Coral plus will both give you large amounts of par. (coral+ is 50% blue plus, 40% ABS, and 10% Purple+)
