I managed to get another couple of hours in on the frame today.
Put up plastic and sound insulation.

This is the view as you come in from the main door.

The other side of the tank will be visable from the kitchen, with a small access over the tank from behind.

This was the view from where the fish tank will be today, so the fish should be happy!

Have to give the display a brake now while i'm waiting for the delivery of the tank, time to get the insulation finished and electrics into the house.
I'll post more when I can.

I agree with the above. That is going to be one nice house and tank when everything is finished.

Very cool.
I am following this :)
What fish other than puffers are you planning to keep?
(Sorry if you have already mentioned it)

I haven't got a list as such. I have the Golden Puffer, emperor angel, lieutenant tang and a female bird wrasse already for the tank. I'd like to have a male bird wrasse as I like pairs. I like shoals too but they have to be large enough my puffer doesn't eat them, chromis etc don't last long. I have promised my little girl a couple of regal tang and I've promised myself a pair of cross hatch triggers but when that will be I have no idea!

I absolutely love puffers!

I may get killed for saying this....

But I would fill that tank profile with freshwater and keep a couple mbu puffers. They need a system that big and filters that large. But seriously a mbu 30" long puffer is on my bucket list!

I think starry puffers are salty and also get about that size.
