I have a 10g tank with just a pink skunk clownfish in it. I'm going to upgrade the light to 2 par38 led bulbs. Can I add a lawnmower Blenny and possibly 2 shrimp and be fine without a skimmer?

Also have a 10 g sump tank w! Refugium which I'm going to add liverock rubble into.

I would not add a Lawn Mower Blenny the tank is too small to provide for it's growth and nutritional needs. Something smaller like a Clown Goby or smaller Goby type. Personally I would add corals and not add anymore fish secondary to the tank size.

How often are you doing water changes? If your doing them once a week you should be fine. You could probably even get away with doing it every other week.
