Hello and welcome!
Pictures or some details would help us to give any tips or suggestions.

EDIT: I just noticed another thread that you added a photo. My only concern is the hippo tang should be removed. Your tank is way too small for it, even with it being a small juvenile.
Otherwise, looking good!

Any tips or suggestions on the tank 5 months in 15 gallon column tank

Hi!

As I suggested in your other thread, please re home the hippo tang to a larger tank. A 15 gallon is way too small for it.

A column tank is much more restrictive than a traditional 15 gallon. Fish use the horizontal space much more than the vertical space, so they essentially have only 13” of swim space compared to the 24” length a traditional15 g. tank offers, so you just need to keep that in mind when stocking it.

Otherwise it’s looking good!

Tang should be 100% removed from that tank. Hippo tangs are usually meant for tanks that are 150g or larger. You've got a lot of coral in there that looks good. Just a couple of questions.

What lights are you using and what setting?
What other livestock do you want to add to your tank?
What are you using for water movement?
Tank parameters and what you have them at?
What time of filtration are you using ( Water changes, skimmer etc..)
Just trying to better understand your tank is all!

A tang in a 15 gallon will lead to ich very quickly, you really should remove that fish and keep to fish recommended to 15-20 gallon tanks.

More info on your set up will get more feedback. Type of filtration, lighting, any powerheads in the tank, how do you oxygenate the water, water parameters, what test kits are you using, do you do regular water changes, are you dosing anything?? etc.....
