No the leds i used are posted a cpl pages back. They are 3700k par bulbs from lowes. They use 23w and put out the same lumens and spectrum as the cfl i use.

So i picked up a Tunze 6105 for the DT and a 250W mh t5 combo for frag tank. For now tho i put the mh over 1 side of the tank just to test mh vs led for myself. So far most the corals under mh+t5 dont look as good. Theres a few that look the same and none look better. Will see how it goes overtime. I also have some corals.that havent looked good under led so gona see if mh colors them up properly.

Try turning the bulb, might not be seated good. If one is working it shouldn't be the ballast.

Looks like you have real good coral color in your 180. Do you have your Tunze 6105 on 18v or 24v and where are you aiming the flow up or at a glass wall?

So decided to try the regular flow nozzel since the wideflow just wasnt doing what i wanted and man dust comming up everywhere much better flow now. I think the wideflow powerheads are best left for 4' tanks.

Is your tank 5' or 6' feet? Mine is 5feet and I am having to point UP with the 18v so sand doesn't go every where, figured I will use the 24v when my coral are much bigger and need more flow.
