just watched the video. That skimmer was pulling some dark funk already. I'd say keep it....young padawan.

Yea it never had a break in its just been working consistant so far with no issues. Definately does the job as u can tell esp at night it just simmers cause nothing to skim.

Just added 2 60" 80w t5. Right now bulbs are kz fiji purple and guiseman actinic+. Not much I could show in pics but in person it makes a huge difference. Looks great.

Yup just was waiting on funds lol. It looks great. Can't think of any negatives of led+t5. All the growth and color of MH without all the heat+ costs

How did you end up hanging the T5's on your LED fixture? Reflectors?

Right now they are on top because reflectors to wide to go under but ill b building a canopy soon since wife really complaining about the light now lol

Update: after 3 weeks of running a skimmer + algae scrubber combo my po4 is down to .02 on hanna checker.
