(2) Triton Barcodes (1) scan?

I have a question about the scan process. I sent 2 samples with different barcodes, in different boxes in for testing. Monday I recieved a scan for 1 but not the other. How long before I should be concerned or is there something I need to do, being there from the same account? If you need anymore info just ask.
