Build your own rock for practically free
Make your own rock When the hobby started there was no live rock for sale, as a matter of fact, there wasn’t even dead rock for sale. We used dead, white bleached pieces of coral to decorate our tanks and we bought that in a furniture store...www.reef2reef.com
Wait do you have to do it with marcorocks too?
Oh ok. I won’t do it then waste of timeNo. You have to do it with home made mortor/cement ones. If you read what you linked it talks about it in that post.
Ok so now that question is sorted out, has anyone tried Paul b’s method of fake live rock or is it outdated? I think it might be easier to scape with and I would get a more visually appealing piece. Would incorporating coralline rock do the trick and save some money too?
1 year later, ask me 20 long questions about my 9 quintillion gallon reef tank
Boi, I bet you won’t even successfully setup your 20g tank. So stop talking about getting a “9 quintillion” gallon reef tank.1 year later, ask me 20 long questions about my 9 quintillion gallon reef tank
