I would add more triggers and go with a Miniatus Grouper instead of the panther.

I have a Niger, Picasso, and Clown trigger in my 180 pred tank. Other inhabitants are Flame angel, Hippo, Scopas, and Powder Brown Tangs, a pair of Domino Damsels, a 3 Stripe Damsel and a 6 Line Wrasse.

These fish are all active swimmers and get along well in my tank.
