I wanted to post a picture of my reef in progress just to get some advice/feedback on plans for my tank.
Currently the tank is running as a FOWLR set-up for the past 2 years.
Current Stock:
2 black-ice clownfish
1 blue reef chromis
1 royal gramma
CuC:
-waiting for temperature to come down a bit in the fall right now my high is like 81 because the room is small
Filtration:
-20lbs of live rock
-Fx5 stocked with ceramic bio balls (similar to marinepure, chemi-pure blue, and polyester pad that is changed out weekly, no sponges).
-Weekly 25% water changes
Temperature Control:
Ink-Bird with 100 watt heater and 3 fan system
Lighting:
Fluval Marine 3.0 - my plan is for softies and zoas and my LFS said this light shouldn’t have any issues.
ATO:
Tunze 3155 (its in the box not set-up)
Potential upgrades:
-Cheato reactor
-Mini BRS reactor for gfo and carbon (scrapt he chemipure blue and just run puri)
-Wave maker not sure what size would be best or placement for this application.
