Where did you get it from? It's got some great colors on it!

What are your light settings on the pico tank?

Update:

Tank is now 8.5 months old. Lost my gold hammer and the damaged torch I bought super cheap. They both just melted away. Literally melted. Don't know what happened. My duncans for some reason have not been happy for a while now. Parameters are good. Just don't know why they aren't opening as much as they use to. Sometimes they don't open at all. Been dealing with red planaria and a tiny bit of bubble algae. I was looking for a velvet nudibranch but nobody local has been able to get them in. So I got a six line wrasse. Seems to have worked for a while. Just noticed there were quite a few of them again. Would really like to get a velvet nudi. I want to go the natural way first before using flatworm exit. Not much bubble algae, but I did get an emerald crab just to keep it at bay. Pretty much it for the bad stuff. It went fishless for a while since I rehomed the couple fish I had. I never saw my flame prawn goby again, so I can only assume it passed. I then later on added the six line foe the flat worms.

Other than that, everything else seems to be doing fine. Growing and multiplying. Got a few more corals. I upgraded my light to an AI Prime 16HD. I also started a 7.43 gallon nano. That'll be for another thread though.

From my experience, if it's not the light (you're using an AI Prime), it's gotta be flow,. The rest of your corals are ok with low flow. Euphyllia (torches and hammers) requires a bit more but not too much (it's not an exact science unfortunately). You could get acans for the tank instead since those like low flow.

I'm going to try to upload a short video so you can see the flow in the tank. I have videos but every time I try to upload it says the file is too big. 🤷‍♂️ I might just move it over to my other tank and replace it with a nice hammer.

Here's what the flow looks like in the tank. Lights just came on not too long ago. But the duncan will stay like that for a while. Sometimes will stay like that or not open at all all day.

Flow seems to be non-existent. What is your return pump?

You can also get these nano wave makers from Amazon which helped me with my nano.

Here's what the flow looks like in the rest of the tank. I did try one of those power heads in my bigger tank, a 7.43 gallon, and at the lowest setting it was way too strong. It would be even stronger in this 3.7 gallon. The original pump that came with the tank was maxed out at 40 or 50 gph. I upgraded to an 80 gph return pump.

Sounds good. The return is pointed upwards to break the surface. Can you try using an air stone to see how flow goes around the middle and bottom of the tank? Or just use a baster and blow air into the tank in the area so we can visualize the movement of flow.
