Some flex tubing from the pump to the PVC may help with the noise, maybe sit the sump itself on a piece of foam sheeting (or an old towel).

looking good man! I used a rubber mat that goes into a shower so you wont slip. It was perfect size, you might need 2 of them and just cut one to shape. It will help, with any vibrations. Is the mag 7 new?

Trace down the wires from the VDM module and you will see the way to do it as easy as it gets, Hope this helps or you can talk to Rick as he is the expert (mixer911)

Been a bad night....... Got everything all wired up put the multimeter in line and ..... Got a bad mean well pushing 1.8 amps needless to say I shut it off immediately fired an email to rapid led and calling it a night. I had a bad feeling about that driver when I opened it up and the svr2 was kinda funky it was plastic so I was very gentle but still it wouldn't stop spinning. I well I still have 2 more drivers worse comes to worse I can always wore the blues in parrell right?

Just curious as to why you have all teh LEDs in the center of the fixture? With all the LEDs so close together is why your getting spotlighting. What degree optics are you using?

yea thats why i was asking how high it is above his water .. since with using those heatsinks like that u basically create a giant flashlight and they need to be hung like 2ft above ur tank

I didn't even think about that when readi g the forums bc most were using the u channel with alot of spacing. Right now it's siting on the top of the take with 80 degree optics... I'm going to have to hang it, ideally don't want to try and remove the optics bc I'm scared of damaging LEDs.
