Ok so alot has progressed. Since my last post. Sump stand is done. Electric is about 60% done. Upper walls are framed out and 80% skinned. I'll finish electric in the morning, and just need to build the refugium and frag stands. That won't take long. Tanks will be here monday.

Looking very cool. Some questions - Are you fully enclosing the deck as a fishroom? How will you get from the deck to the sump?
Yes I will be closing it in. I'll be using a small ladder. Door knob will be near bottom of door. It was a trade off to not take even more room from the garage. Lower will also have a door. Plumbing will go through the floor.

Hey, it’s my SS....Wow! Dream tank in the making. That is so cool. You guys are doing a great job documenting your build. It’s looking great.

Does the temperature stay constant in the garage?

The fish room will be completely closed in and insulated. So the garage can be 30° but the fish room will be nice and warm

Sounds like a secret hideout -- but for grown ups. :)
