@Nate Chalk

I hate to say it, I think you have aqulionastra starfish.
Get rid of them.

1 male 1 female anthias ( total 3 now!)
1 blue spot puffer ( risky business)
1 orange shoulder tang
1 cleaner shrimp

No wrasse found or added. Coris and leopard one day....
The best wrasse would be the leucoxanthus and iridis to help with the ongoing problem

Morning am everyone awake , except the 2 new anthias. One rock hugging still stressed. Other couldn't find but sure doing the same.

Purple tang is telling everyone who's boss. By politely making runs at them every min or 2.

Puffer gets a checkmark so far. Sure that will change.

Finally a nice picture. Smart fish knows I'm here. Hides outta sight.

No one in open water with purple tang upset. All smart fish.

Limpet?

Yuh.. i would be worried about the clam.
I know puffers will graze on coraline algae as well. It's what my dogface did for teeth health. Oh, and whole shrimp.

I hope this little guy remains curious but stays in the lane.

Dunno about the two new anthias. Not looking awful but not great both rock hugging and scared. No other bad signs besides that
