Along with painting the canopy I finally took apart the tank 100%. I repainted the inside with a waterproof paint and siliconed the edges so it shouldn't leak. I have done all the work that I can today and tomorrow is cleanup [emoji22]. I will get the stand, sump and power cords organized for when I get the tank.

also I have a little 10 gallon setup in the meantime to keep my fish and coral in and I think I might make it permanent. It's right next to my bed and it's quite.

Awesome news!!! I just picked up my new tank from glasscages!!! I decided to save $75 and get a 65 gallon that is 48x18x17. 5" shorter than my old one. I met the driver today in Dallas and got the tank. I have heard mixed reviews about the service and the seams but the service was helpful and the tank looks great!

S**t! My ecotech light fell in the tank when I was getting everything setup! Hopefully that isn't $350 down the drain [emoji24]

Ok... I haven't posted in forever, but decided to get back to it! I hit a few bumps, but its all over and everything is running smoothly now. I had a crash about 2 months ago, from when I added a chemical to treat a fungal infection I received from a fish order, along with this my heater broke! I lost many sps and a few lps. I gained a whole bunch of new fishy friends and corals though. Its been a fight but I think I just make a treaty ;). The tank is GREAT! The plumbing of the tank was horrible however! That took many weeks to get set up and through all the anger and floods I got through it! As mentioned earlier, the light that fell in the tank; however, I sent it back to Ecotech and ended up getting a new G4 for $80, not horrible... Equipment wise, I now have 2 rations, 2 jab pp8, 1 scotch pump, a heater (idk brand), and then a battery backup. More to come :)
