80/20 Bar.. everything moves freely

I went with the 2” square and 1” square with 1/4-20 hardware.. stupid simple.
Some plates, angles.. I need to pick up some different hardware.. everything fits, but can and will be cleaned up including wiring..

We have a Kessil A160WE and the new H160 over my ADA 60 F

Don’t get the free moving 90 joints.. use thread lock to keep it free moving

The hangers were salvaged from a makers build, found a bolt to fit the thread and t-slot..
Twist and lock

Zip tie over tubing to let it ride over cables

Whatever you order... order a separate 6” cut to take to the hardware store to fit parts if doing add-ons
