Working on the top box for the awc/doser cabinet. The top will be on hinges and house the two Dos units and the trident.

Also finished skinning the stand for my daughter’s im nuvo 20 for her room. Will have to wait for paint until she’s here on Wednesday, she mentioned rainbow colors haha

Got in a new fish today from dr. Reef QT fish. Got in a female golden rhomboid wrasse today. Also got a splendid pintail from him a few weeks ago. He also has a female hooded flame wrasse for me that he is treating for a bacterial infection.
Still trying to locate the last few wrasses for the tank.

Added in a couple more small arches on the left side. Really happy with the aquascape but I may add a couple more small pieces.

Very nice tank! Love your rhomboid and pintail! What other wrasses are on your list?
I have a hooded female coming in about a week. After that I haven’t really narrowed it down but the last few on the list of possible are lunate, Johnson’s, diamond tail and/or maaaaaybe an earls.

Definitely put the earls on your list, they are absolutely stunning in person!

Checking in on the system. Looks like the half gallon a day water change is keeping things pretty steady. Once it’s stocked a bit more I plan to go up to 1g/day.
So happy with the trident, I used to hate doing tests but now I actually enjoy manually checking. The trident has been very close to the numbers I’m getting on salifert test kits.

You have one right? If so, how has it been, acclimate easy to the tank?
Yep, I have an earls. The first 24 hrs in the DT he was pretty aggressive towards my other wrasses bc he was trying to establish himself in the pecking order. He’s in the middle of the totem pole now - not aggressive but will stand up to other wrasses. Occasionally he’ll show dominance over my line spot flasher but it’s never more than a quick chase.

They are beautiful fish, if only I could find one haha. Been hard trying to find the fish I want.
I am so glad I got the trident. Makes life so much easier. It was well worth the money.

If you’re ready to pull the trigger on an earls reach out to Reef Pro either on their thread or PM and see if they’re expecting more in. I got mine from them. Great vendor.

I’m still running an old school Apex from 2013 so I’ll need to upgrade

Decided to take the top piece off as it looked weird being so tall. Have a different idea to quiet down the Dos pumps.

And at the bottom is my weird Belgian Malinois, Hooper, sleeping on the smaller bed and using the big one for a pillow
