She’s stretching!
I’m seeing some good growth on all the corals. Noticing some unwanted algae on the plugs of some of the new frags. Going to pop them all off and put them on new plugs or directly on the rock.

Wow, my weekend almost took a turn for the worst. We got home from grabbing dinner and my daughter says “Dad, why is it wet by the tank?”

yea, not the first time I’ve heard that. Slight panic mode sets in and I start looking around. This is a bit too far from the tank and there’s no trail of water from the tank to the puddle. Leak detectors didn’t go off, reservoirs are at the same water height, no water immediately around the tank.
So I smell the “water”, but I can’t really smell anything because I’m still really congested. I’m not willing to do a taste test but I start to clean it up. I then notice the white towels have a slight color to them, the same color as…..pee.
I guess my dog really had to go. Phew. First time I’ve ever been happy cleaning up pee.

I picked up a 3D printed 24v plug for the apex and will be using it for under cabinet lighting and an audible/visual alarm. The alarm is programmed to my leak detectors. With my luck with water, I figured it was a good idea as I don’t always have my phone with me or it’s on do not disturb.

I was feeding the tanks this morning and started looking around for the mccoskers with no luck. Started getting worried and began checking around the outside of the tank too. Finally sat down next to the tank and looked over and saw him peaking out of one of these ceramic sticks.

I need to get my dslr out and learn how to use it on the tank. This chalice is getting some really nice light pink streaks in it.

The maleficent is HUGE! All of the frags are healthy and chunky. Much appreciated and I’m sure I’ll hit you up for another pack.

I'm a sucker for blastos. Would love to have some of those. My foxface picks at blastos so I'm down to a frag of them that I moved to my 20 long to recover. They're just the typical green and red ones.

I’m a big fan of blastos as well. When these are big enough I’ll get a Frag over to ya.

I’m loving the yellow Aussie chalice. It’s got pink around the new mouths and streaks of pink through newer growth.

I can’t wait to have some nice colonies in the tank. I’ve got a couple more pieces I really want to get and then I’ll just let them do their thing.

Things are going really good in the tank. I’ve increased my po4 and no3, I’m wanting to keep po4 between .04-.08 and no3 around 20. The corals seem to be loving it.
