A few little Reef question??

1. Will there be a problem if i do not do a water change,but i add trace elements weekly?
btw i have not added new saltwater in 3months.

2. Candy Cane coral 2yrs old and still the same size with (4heads).


3. How much light does a Mangrove tree need.8hrs?

Water changes have other benefits than replenishing trace elements:
-Taking out some of the nutrients you've accumulated and also any contaminants added with 2 part dosing and feeding.
-replenishing some of the non measured/dosed elements like potassium, Strontium...
