Account upgrade not showing

Im new! I don't know what to do! :D. Purchased a supporting member subscription yesterday but under my account it doesn't show a renewal date as if it hasn't been applied. Can someone point me in the right direction to get it sorted? Many thanks! Also my bad if this is in the wrong spot!
