Acid Wash BTA: Rapid-Fire Splitting?!

I woke up this morning to find that my 8” BTA split. Okay.

On closer examination, it looks like she isn’t finished yet (check out the photos).

Care wise, should I do anything or be worried? That’s a lot of energy being used in such a short amount of time.

How long does it usually take for them to heal? I was planning on trading the anemone(s) with a LFS.

Mine recover in a few hours, I have a nem that looks almost the same. Started with one and now have close to 8 of them... care wise you don't need to do anything aside from keep an eye out as they move around and try kill themselves in wave makers

With me it split like crazy when my calcium was elevated over 500ppm so maybe check that?

Also, any insight re: my sponge colonies / coral health? I've had wild sponge cities in my DT and sump for over a year now. Some are even changing to neat colors. But, how much is too much and do they aggravate corals?
