i put my new reef radiance lights on my 90 gal mixed reef, i started with 25% blue & 25% white intensity, i planned on moving the intensity up 5 or 10% every 2 weeks. Is that enough of a increase and length of time? also how will i know when I reached a high enough intensity to stop increasing the intensity.

It really depends on your previous light.

If your upgrading from a couple T5 or powercompacts your course is good.

If your replacing a 400 watt MH you could start a little higher.
