You can use this calculator. Like previously mentioned the water height is the big deciding factor on how thick you need to go. You can reduce thickness if you brace as-well but that is all outlined in the calculator. https://www.acrylite.co/resources/calculators/aquarium-calculator

Recently made this using that calculator out of 1/2 acrylic. Dimensions are 30x18x18 but the water fill height is only like 15 inches. Hasn’t failed yet lol

Where did you get the acrylic from? Looks good! I well need a sump whether I buy or build my next tank so making a sump could be good practice too.

I ended up snagging 3 sheets of 24” x 48” that were on sale for 60 dollars each, looks like they are back at their regular price now though.
