Add a fluval sea?

Thanks in advance.
So i have a 55 gallon..4 foot long tank. Currently sits a fluval sea marine 3.0 25k 59 watt..

Feel i need to up my lighting a bit, not really seeing any growth and i added a BTA.

Budget wise, thought of just getting another fluval... but will 2 lights double my par? Or just coverage? Reason being is that if it does not help with par or lower level penetration than it kind of defeats the purpose... thoughts? Again trying to budget.. dont want to spend 5-600 on lights RIGHT NOW.

I originally had a Fluval 1 led light strip with 2 t-8 bulbs, white and antic, I added a Fluval 3.0 and removed the T-8s from the mix, the lights are great, but 2 are needed
