Hello I recently acquired 2 57in Ai blades 1 grow 1 glow. I'm going to be installing them as supplemental lighting for my g4 xr30 pros to give more all around coverage. My question is should I have both glows or both grows. Will having one of each be a disadvantage?

No. we usually have them as pairs for AI blade setups. My softie tank has both Glow and Grow.
Glow has more UV and Grow was more white leds.

If you run blue on your XR30s, better get the Glow instead. This also depends on where are you compensating shading and lack of spread for your XR30s -- say you need more white light for growth in some areas where par is severely lacking, then you'll be good with Grow.

Would it make a major difference if I just ran 1 glow and 1 grow for supplemental lighting?

Not what I wanted to do I'll run them both for now until I can find someone to swap me. I run quite a but of white mid day I'm not sure which I would want more the grow or glow

It's the use of it. Glow will affect the fluorescence of the corals more than growth (hence, Glow vs Grow).
Yeah I understand definitely. I do want more Florence but Also more coverage for growth lol
