AI Hydra 26

Hello out there
I just bought a Hydra 26 HD light and can't seem to get it connected to the Internet or my computer to adjust the schedule. I can get it to connect to the iPod looking controller but that is it. If anyone can help me with this that would be great on the interweb the details on it are hard to understand. It's like they put in the directions in French or whatever and used google translate for the American version. I someone out there can help.

I had an issue when I connected mine, I called tech support and AI tech support walked me through the process in about five minutes. I been a couple of months but have you used the app for PC? and have you tried to log directly into the IP from you browser? If I can remember AI had me reboot the lights. Again I would call tech support and they are really good about helping:)

I got it on Friday set it up late yesterday I was running around all day and today I'm working so I will call tom I tried everything I could think of. I put the serial number in on the web version and it said that the serial number was not in range. The light was red so it was waiting for a connection. I'm pretty good with electronics I mean I can set up a wireless camera system with remote access and this seemed harder to do maby cause I never did it before. so after about three hours I gave up but I did get my reef link up and working after that so the night wasn't a total loss. Also with that firmware update would the iPod looking thing have to be connected to the usb on the computer them go onto that site? Also how do u guys have urs hung?
