I have (3) AI 52 HD mounted about 8" above the water. My tank is 220, 30" high. I have mostly sps. Hope this helps.

Do you use the lunar cycle with these lights, how do you like it?

Pretty new with LED's. Previously I had (3) 400W metal halides. The transition wasn't good and lost a lot of coral. They are starting to bounce back. The growth is pretty decent, nothing like my MH though. It's very nice to work in my fish room as the temp is way lower, no more sauna. haha. I don't use the lunar cycle as I think the tank is too dark for most the time. I have royal blue set to 1% and run that at night every night. As I am getting use to the big change, I am starting to fall in love with these lights.

Hi Dan! I used the royal blue color at the night which resulted in growth of red slime. Since then when I closed down the royal blue the slime has all gone but still green algae is growing . Will change 20% of the tank water soon....

I have a 75G SPS dominated tank. My Hydra 52 HD's are 10 in above the water. My settings are below

2 hr ramp On at 9 am, peak 11am-7pm off at 9pm.

UV:100
Violet: 100
Royal blue: 100
Blue: 100
Green: 20
Red: 10
CW: 45
