AI Hydra issues

Anybody know how to reset your password on a 26hd? Lights are working but after a power outage I cant access to reset the time/date... they would not come on yesterday afternoon , then were on at 4 am ..... Every time I tried to fix this , I got to the password screen and I cant remember mine
