Recommend you set your spectrum to a percentage of the AB+ one referenced in this BRSTV video:



Maybe start at 50-70% of the values referenced in that video? Then increase very slowly (one small adjustment per week) increasing until you either hit the max values in that video or stop sooner since your tank is shallow and if you are keeping less light hungry corals.

Not knowing what your tank depth is or what the corals are used to, I'm guessing, but maybe start at 50-70% times the values referenced in that video? The waterdepth is 8 inches, looking to keep sps and zoa's in the frag tank. I think i take the BRS settings and start is as you said at maybe 30%.
