I been fighting micro air bubbles for 3 years today I finally figured what was causing it my skimmer, does anyone have Ideas that might solve my problem? Thanking you in advance by the way its 600 gallon Tank and I have a 3000S Octo skimmer the biggest one they had !

where is the skimmer located? Can you put it in a sump chamber that has a bubble trap separating it from the return pump(s)?

Certainly - check out the sump section of my build thread for some guidance, but here’s the general idea:

Water flows from right to left in the above picture. The right baffle has an adjustable weir, and the left baffle goes up to the top of the sump and only allows water underneath it, preventing bubbles from getting down there and into the return pump chamber.
