Please can anyone tell em what this is. It’s growing and spreading quite fast over rock work and corals.

What is the best way to get rid of it? It’s not moving with a toothbrush?

Just to make sure: Is this a "new-ish" tank going through the ugly phase? If so, you will probably just need to wait as a green hair algae phase is normal.

If the tank is well established, manual removal (toothbrush should be fine), algae grazers, and overall nutrient reduction is probably the way to go.
