I have something else that looks similar but is much skinnier. I was told it was spaghetti worms but I don't think that's what it is. You can see it behind the caulurpa.

How can I effectively get rid of it? It's it quite a few places around the tank.

x4 blue legged hermits
x4 cerith snails (I think? I forget exactly)
Emerald crab
Cleaner shrimp

Bryopsis isn't easy to get rid off.
Some ppl raise the MAG level.
I myself had it once but that was years ago and I stripped the tank to start over completely.
Never had bryopsis again.

Most algae is just because of nutrients due to feedings.
Bryopsis is just one of them that is hard to get rid off.

Yes, I kinda looks like it.
I have heard stories that ppl battle it with elevated MAG levels but there's no guarantee.
Others had some positive results with peroxide grocery in a 50/50% mix to dip your rock in.
@twilliard did some research on this, he can tell you more.

That does look like bryopsis
Peroxide will kill it but that requires the removal of the rock for a few minutes.
Also for informational purposes Sally Lightfoot crabs loves bryopsis

What's the highest mag level I could maintain that will be safe for everything in the tank except the bryopsis?
The broader leafed Caulerpa looking species may be C. brachypus. If so, I do not believe it's palatable to any fish, and is very difficult if not impossible to remove from rock. I run it in my refugium, and am careful not to let it get into my display. Some of my club mates curse it, and have had to remove and dispose of rock to get rid of it.

What should I raise my magnesium too? Would it help if I got a larger cuc crew at all? Maybe some blue legged crabs or snails or something? I only have 4 cerith snails, 4 hermits, and one emerald crab in there right now.
