I am no expert so I am seeking confirmation from the knowledgable folks here, looks like green hair to me but my eye is untrained. If that is the case what is the best removal and eradication tactic. Wife and I recently welcomed twin boys and while we were at the hospital for 6 days my mother was taking care of my daughter and the tank. I can imagine they fed 400pellets per feed despite my directions. Tank is an IM 14 peninsula.
I typtically feed pellets once a day and throw in mysis on weekends during the day. I dose reef energy ab+ and photo. Clean filtration and do 3-4 gal changes every other week. Not sure what my parameters are to be completely honest as I haven’t checked them in close to a year since setting tank up, haven’t felt the need since everything in the tank is doing well.
Thanks for the help.
